When we entered the hotel we regret directly that we choose for this hotel. This hotel is obvious not a 5 star hotel. The facilities are minimum,towels are not beeing refreshed every morning,the internet in the room was not working at all and there was only cold water coming out of the shower.After we complained many times,they told us "We are very sorry for you, because you are on this side of the hotel it takes a bit time that you will receive warm water".The beach is not directly next to the hotel and not private.There is no shower on the beach to clean yourselve.I Would range this hotel as a 3 star hotel,and would not recommend this hotel for people who want to enjoy a nice and luxurious stay in a wonderfull city

Everything was clean, in order. I liked to have the hotel bycicles, but a carefull selection before usage is important, as the chairs were wet. We used the child chaires which was also good.
The parking was very crowded.

Better control of falsely occupied beds near the pool (beds that are not used but nevertheless reserved by putting a towel).

“The breakfasts offered a great choice of good quality food which we really enjoyed. The service at breakfast was excellent and staff were all pleasant and helpful. The room seemed a little tired’ but everything functioned perfectly well .The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was kept very clean. The reception area was cool, pleasant and comfortable . The pool is fantastic and the grounds man works tirelessly to keep pool, grounds and seating areas in superb condition. All the staff went the extra mile to help make our stay enjoyable.”
