Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, perfect location close to Lincoln's main attractions, and excellent breakfast options. Many found the rooms to be comfortable, clean, and characterful, with several mentions of beautiful interiors and historic charm. While most guests enjoyed their beds, a few found them uncomfortable. Some noted the lack of air conditioning and a fridge in certain rooms, and a couple mentioned minor inconveniences with reception access or noise.
