The younger female staff were not very polite to both of us which I thought was wrong as no matter where we are from we,re still their bread and butter

We had a room with easy access to the guest terrace and windows on two sides so that on a hot night the windows could be opened for the breeze.
Tall people may need to be aware that the lovely room you see on the picture is at the top of the building so the slanted ceiling could be a problem, we changed rooms. However for shorter people the room is lovely.
