Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, convenient location especially for university visitors, and the overall cleanliness of the rooms. Several reviews mention comfortable beds and adequate room size. However, many guests were dissatisfied with the breakfast, describing it as basic or unappetizing. Negative feedback also focused on air conditioning issues, small bathrooms, and occasional cleanliness concerns in common areas. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel is considered practical and good value, particularly for short stays or business trips.
