Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring Lisbon. The breakfast consistently received high marks for quality and variety. Many reviewers highlighted the attentive and friendly service from staff, with special mentions of helpful concierges and thoughtful touches such as welcome treats and turndown chocolates. The hotel's elegant, historic atmosphere and spacious rooms were also appreciated. However, a few guests noted that some rooms and facilities appeared dated or in need of maintenance, and there were occasional criticisms of staff attitude and minor noise issues. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making this hotel a favorite for many returning visitors.AI-Generated from customer reviews
