Breakfast very good.
Bathroom is small. Space on the sink sucks. Elevators are bad, take too long and always one was stopped (broken)
I like best the location and confort.
excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff
a bit noisy cleaning ladies in the morning, but that is a minor issue
The friendliness of the staff, nothing was a bother to them. Breakfast was nice.
I would have liked if there had been a restaurant in which to eat on one of our nights at the hotel.
approximity to shopping areas.
Small room and bathroom. Very high rate for a room without breakfast.
Staff very friendly and efficient, especially the conscierge.room nice .relaxed and homely
No bacon,eggs,black/white pud!!??No toaster11//?hAD to track down a waitress to make me a slice of toast and she dissappeared for 15 minutes!!
The knowlegable and helpful staff was invaluable in helping us choose restaurants, tours, etc.
The beds are too small and are hard and uncomfortable for American tastes (but these appear to be the norm in Portugal)
From reviews expected a small hotel, was bigger therefore busier than had expected. Also stayed at sister hotel Britannia, which I would highly recommend
very clean, centrally located, very helpful staff, good breakfast
Location and hotel staff
AC in the room didn't work well, breakfast had a weak selection
We stay there frequently and we have always enjoyed our stay in comfort and with very friendly, professional and able staff.
A second free internet access point. The one in the public part of the hotel was in constant use during the evening and next morning of our stay and I was unable to access my e mails. While this was not a problem, if might have been for some guests.
Situated alongside the exclusive Avenida da Liberdade, the Lisbon Plaza Hotel is a charming boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Inaugurated in April 1954, it has always been in the hands of the same family. An informal atmosphere makes you feel that youre in the company of friends.Designed to be a place of tradition in the hustle and bustle of Lisbon's 1950s, the Plaza reflects the city's character. The rooms have been fully refurbished in 2015 in our traditional style.
