It was easy to get to from the airport, especially when arriving in the evening. I liked the fact that it was quiet, no street noise. The receptionst was very friendly and helpfull and spoke very good english. It was also within walking distance of Rossio Square,Rossio Station. We walked a great deal the first morning.

The choice of breakfast cereal was poor.

The hotel was at walking distance from the city centre. I really appreciated the 24 hour reception service, as we had an emergency at midnight and received prompt help. The breakfast was good, too.

Great location; We stayed in one of the rooms with a kitchenette, and it was very good, and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful, especially the very pleasant lady with glasses.

The stairs were a bit of a burden whenever one was tired, but not really a problem (even though I'm 62).
