We arrived early and the reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They were able to get us a room ahead of the usual check-in time. The room was fresh, quiet and very comfortable. The concierge luggage was also delivered very promptly. Early morning check out was seamless. The hotel location was perfect for our brief Lisbon stay.

Pros (+) The location is really convenient to Lisbon's Expo Center, shopping and to a major transportation hub. Friendly staff.
Cons (-) Late check in times. At least I think 2pm is late anyway. Room was very nice but on the small side. The bathroom was very nice but shower setup managed to get part of the bathroom floor soaking wet. My pet peeve: No way to leave your devices charging when you're out of the room. Your door card shuts all the power off in the room when you clise the room door and take it with you. I know it's a gree...
