The staff where all very friendly, very hard working and alway's helpful. The rooms and bars etc all spotless.
Only a minor point that not all rooms have shower facilities with some having a btah instead.

The location is superb, the hotel is nice and clean, and the staff extremely helpful. The views from the room and from the bar are stunning.
