free parking and easy access to Liverpool town centre and airport
nothing, ok for overnight stay
Majority of staff very polite and helpful good food and good sized room. The hotel is in pleasant surroundings although interior and exterior need updating and a decent decorator
On arrival our room was not ready even though we arrived at the correct time, the girl on reception was apologetic and tried to find a solution as by now there were five different parties waiting to check in, the manager walked through reception and his response was , well if theyre (the rooms) are not ready then they’re not ready’ and walked off. they did open the bar for us but not even an offer of a complimentary drink was given and we had to wait an hour to check in and then had find this information out ourselves.
the staff are lovely very helpful an friendly we will defo stay again
Breakfast. The staff at breakfast were welcoming, polite and could not do enough for you,
The welcome, a receptionist who did not talk to you and when you asked about breakfast were pointed to a door and told "there". Asked the time and then told us! Hotel needs to be updated as very old and dated.
Clean , friendly staff.
needs new decor very old fashioned.
we fet very comfortable and the late check out was an added bonus
the staff were excellent, and the gardens pretty, we were not expecting it to be as pleasant as it was, a nice surprise and close to the city. would stay again.
hotel needs a bit of tlc found shower difficult at first but fine when mastered.
Access to the Hotel was difficult to obtain due to roadworks hopefully this will improve. There doesn't apper to be access from the dual carriageway if you are heading towards Liverpool City Centre.
friendly staff, nice bar
neighbourhood apparently in decline, WiFi only in some areas of the hotel
Too much smoking. Limited bar area.
Spacious room, large parking space , fine stay
Convienient and easy to reach liverpool city center surrounding areas
