Good, central location. Opening hours of leisure facilities were excellent.
Once out of Lime Street train station, I saw the hotel at the opposite side. That was really handy after 3 hours journey from London. Facilities are very clean, we enjoyed the leisure center. The breakfast was just perfect, no more comment needed! And the staff, I miss words to describe how friendly they were from the reception to the breakfast service up to the check out time. Thanks!
With a mini-bar in the rooms, I think this hotel would deserve 5 stars status. Unfortunatelly there wasn't!
All staff who we were in contact with were extremely polite and very friendly. Location of the hotel was fantastic.
The location was perfect for Lime Street Station and the city centre, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
The room was clean, comfortable, well furnished and the bathroom was a good size and well lit.
I would have liked to have checked in earlier and checked out later but this was not possible apparently due to the high occupancy of the hotel.
