Guests consistently praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, clean and modern rooms, and convenient location near major highways and amenities. Many appreciated the fresh feel of the property and the ease of check-in. However, some guests noted issues with noise, occasional slow service, and a lack of complimentary breakfast. Kayak sold a room to us for a hotel that has been closed for 8 months. Kayak is the worst company imaginable. They are negligent and do no quality control. Stay away from this bad outfit.
