Pros (+) Appeared clean.
Cons (-) There was no running water in the morning so couldn't take a shower, brush teeth, or flush the toilet. I put my parents up for the night and they are in their seventies. When I asked for some compensation or at least bottled water for my parents they could't help. Very upset that my parents had to endure such conditions.
