Room was great. No complaints
Location was in a neighborhood, away from stores
Great location in LA
I liked the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was great.
hope to be better and better in the future
location and cozyness
the bed was not comfortable at all
Free garage parking, nice bathroom with great shower, large gym, close to restaurants, able to plug HDMI into tv to watch netflix from the computer.
In a neighborhood so view was of someones house/backyard, A/C a little loud.
All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional. The room itself was very clean and well layed-out, and the bathroom was large and spacious.
The neighbourhood was a bit run down, though the hotel grounds itself were well kept. The hotel didn’t have room service, but there are some great restaurants nearby that deliver. I could have used a softer bed and firmer pillows, but that’s mostly just personal preference.
Ok ... if you bring your own towels & coffee pot
Good location & price to attend a 2-day concert at Dodger Stadium. Felt fairly safe and located in the heart of LA Koreantown. Hotel has no food or beverages (no coffee anywhere and no vending machines) and minimal choices in the neighborhood. They do keep the hotel clean including mopping the parking lot floor.
Very little English spoken here and few typical American amenities. Bring you own coffee pot & towels. There is an unusual Espresso machine in the room but not a common easy to use model and no instructions. There was no other coffee available, no one on staff knew where to get any and nothing close by. We reserved two rooms both with 2 Queen beds and got 1 small double in a small room. We also paid for two connecting rooms but they did not connect to each other and were in two different hallways. They only provided each room with 2 bath towels & 1 hand towel & wash cloth. They did have English speaking Security Guards dressed in all black who very courteously opened the front door for you whenever you entered or exited their hotel.
Well, it is quite new. I have read some not so favourable reviews.... you get what you pay for. It is true that better to bring ear plugs as the walls are very thin. I was Ok with it despite being very noise sensitive. But as long as you know that the plugs may need to be used and you ready to accept this as a trade off for the price...it is actually quite good. But do not kid yourself this is not a 5 star hotel. I found it: clean with very friendly staff. Additionally, there is also a Metro Bus to the city almost at the door. I did not use the parking but it is also available. Would I stay there again, hell yes.
Bit noisy from neighbouring rooms.
Our stay at the Aventura Hotel
Overall our stay was pretty comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to everything we needed during our stay. We couldn't believe how remarkably clean and neat the hotel was. For the most part, the location was pretty central to everything. You still have to drive to most places in Los Angeles, but that isn't an unusual occurrence for any place in that city. The free and secure parking was a wonderful perk as well!
The beds are a bit small as they didn't have anything bigger than a queen size (it was still very comfortable). Sounds could be heard through the walls on either side of us, and above during the night and early morning. We were in an adjoining room, so that might have something to do with it too. I'd suggest ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Some bigger hotel chains have the same issue, so it's really not that uncommon.
Great stay
Very clean, easy access to everything.
The neighborhood was questionable.
No breakfast or vending machine
Good Stay
Comfortable and INCREDIBLY clean room. (Which to me, is the most important when staying in a different place) Good lighting. Facility was modern. The staff was nice and accommodating. Good value for the price. Location is pretty central to everything.
THERE ARE NO WASHCLOTHS!!!! Really...they don't have them, so it's not just you that doesn't have them. Staff can communicate on basics, but there are some language challenges. This is a Korean hotel.
