This place is right in Chinatown. Chinatown closes down around 8:30 so it’s very quiet. The hotel is incredibly clean and quiet. Parking is below the hotel and very easy. $20 a night which is definitely not bad especially for Los Angeles. It was very close to the theater venue, which is what brought us to LA. I loved our experience and would go back in a minute. Also, the staff is very nice

Pros (+) Pretty decent hotel in the heart of Chinatown. Very reasonable price for parking car overnight.
Cons (-) Door to balcony wasn't properly sealed so I could hear the traffic and wind outside all night.
