Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and accommodating staff, with several reviewers highlighting specific employees who made their stay memorable. The location was also appreciated for its convenience and proximity to attractions, restaurants, and synagogues. However, many guests were dissatisfied with the high cost of parking, describing it as overpriced and poorly communicated. Breakfast received mixed to negative feedback, with some guests finding it limited or not included for the price. WiFi quality was also criticized in several reviews for being weak or unreliable. Overall, while service and location stood out positively, parking costs and some amenities detracted from the experience.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) Maid service, restaurant, coffee aavaikabke
Pros (+) I booked the king room but when I checked in they only had double beds.
Pros (+) After the check-in and first night, the staff were great. Shout-out to Mary who really made us feel at home.
Cons (-) The check in was terrible. We reserved a room with double beds. When we got there in the evening (~7pm) we were told that they only had a room with a king bed and be thankful that you have that. They said they have a couch and that they would send up some pillows and sheets. Never happened. Called but no luck...they just could find anything extra...really!!!
