Worst part is the shuttle drivers, 2 drivers in a row passed us up because we "had too much luggage" until the 3 driver stopped and picked us up. Waiting over 2 hours outside LAX with a small child and grandmother until a shuttle driver was willing to assist us was a terrible experience. Hotel is not very close to the airport. Pros (+) I was able to wash my clothes since they have a washing machine & dryer. Our room & bathroom was very clean. There was good buffet breakfast! very convenient and close to airport. They have a shutttle bus.
Cons (-) When I Checked in, I found out my reservation was given away yo someone else. I booked for a 2 queen size bed and instead they gave me one queen size bed so I had to go back downstairs to ask for a different room. Plus I was charged with a parking fee when I didn’t use their parking.
