The microwave in our room kept beeping all night and we could not unplug it without moving the refrigerator. The AC also kept shutting off unexpectedly. Bathroom was not clean.

Pros (+) The hotel room and view were amazing and the staff were extremely friendly.
Cons (-) Completely out of the hotels control, but there were quite a few homeless people directly out front who got a little rowdy at night.
