Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to key attractions, river views, and convenience for getting around. Several reviewers found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially during the day. However, there are repeated complaints about the small size of the rooms, uncomfortable beds, and issues with cleanliness such as old linens or insufficient cleaning. Some guests also mention outdated facilities and occasional problems with amenities like wifi or air conditioning. Overall, while the location is a major highlight, improvements in comfort and cleanliness are needed.
