Best hotel in Luxor
Beautiful pool over the Nile river, unique and stunning view from our room (superior Nile View). Staff very kind.
It was sometimes a bit long to get something you asked, like the TV to be fixed for example. But still a good service and a great place to stay.
Great location and comfortable bed. Nice breakfast
Hotel service was a little lacking. The room initially given was not cleaned, but they did give us another room.
The balcony overlooking the Nile and the reception staff
The staff at the pool bar were a bit rude when there was a mix up over a bill.
I think this hotel is really value for money. Nile view rooms are recommended.
Nothing apart from the cartmen hanging out in front of the hotel (they have nothing to do with the hotel). These people make you believe as if they are honest cartmen by offering humble prices for a ride. However once you are on the cart, they will eventually cross sell boring tours at fancy prices. Although they advise you not to consult the hotel because their offer is far too competitive, I think you should.
Prime location, nice garden and swimming-pool on the Nile, good buffet breakfast.
Close to the road. Noisy rooms on the side and the back. Recommandation for front view rooms only. May try to sell you interior patio room with view on the reception instead of room with Nile view.
Beautiful view of the Nile
lassed as a 4 star more like a 2.5 star
Great pool, good location, decent buffet, nice Reception
We stayed in room103 looking over the lush grounds and the Nile River. The extensive use of tiered patios lent itself to be more private. The staff was very helpful and friendly, including housekeeping. Although many large tour groups run through this hotel, there was always plenty of hot water and the air conditioner worked very well. Within walking distance to the Museum and Luxor, makes this a
The internet only worked part time, and was very expensive, so we chose the internet cafe down the road. The charge there was 5 egyptian pounds for a half hour vs. the hotel at 30 pounds. The buffet staff was lacking, when it came to drink service, but the food was very good, with plenty of variety.
excellent location, great rooms, helpful staff, great value for money
Good location (next to Nile river). Room in good condition. Good garden and swimming pool.
