    Terrible hotel I think it must be closed ( it is not hotel)

    No attention , no staff during day and night . Rooms availble from 3 p.m check out 9 a.m Terrible , cold and ext

    The hotel was reasonable value for money by Lyon standards. Useful to have a kitchen. Location not bad - there were one or two reasonabvle bars and eateries within walking distance plus it was close to a metro station and a short metro ride to the old town. Room was well heated.

    This is a very functional hotel - the ambience is not particularly warm or welcoming. The room wasn't brilliantly clean. There was no plug in the bath so I had to have a shower rather than a bath, and even having a shower the hot water ran low after a while. Make sure you arrive when the reception is open (to 19:00 most weekdays), otherwise it may be a bit of a hassle to get your key.

    The hotel was adequate enough, but was very disappointed to learn when we needed to stay for another night due to cancellation of flight because of industrial action we were charged 128 euros for one night

    staff was friendly

    lack of character, the place is in need for renovation and restoration. The room is very uncomfortable and we didnt want to spend any time in the hotel. Rather expensive for the price we have paid
