Pros:Spacious and clean room

Pros:Central, easy access to all neighboring hotels. Had pleasant encounters with the staff, particularly the Filipinos (Filipino ladies in Bene who despite the full load would take the time to speak with other guests and even offer to cut a dragonfruit for me, Wilson Webster at the SPG front desk who made our first encounter in the hotel a funny and pleasant one and Earth Espinosa also in Bene who serviced us with gusto) and one Chinese lady from housekeeping Wu Guan Mei who made our stay a touching experience with a tiny gesture of leaving an extra bottle of water with a note (in Chinese, which we asked someone to translate) after seeing lots of medicine (maintenance meds) on the table. Tiny gestures such as these remind us of how the world can be a much better place with a little thought and kindness.
Cons:Renovation was ongoing. Sheets didn’t smell so clean. Some staff couldn’t direct us to the proper direction, say, going to the buses that would take us to the ferry or didn’t know where the business center was. Food could use some more variety.
Pros:One of the best Sheraton’s in the world Hands down.
Pros:Location is good. Close to the airport with a free shuttle. Other resorts such as Parisian, Venetian or Wynn palace are nearby (walking distance). Stuff is friendly and tries to be helpful.
Cons:Check-in and checkout could be more organized. There seems to be never enough counters open. Even though there are several employees standing around. Although there are several places to eat (buffets, food court, restaurants) the lunch/dinner selection is rather narrow. True international cuisine or attempt to distinguish itself from any other Macau hotel/resort is missing.
Cons:Had to weigh and hour to check in because they couldn't find online reservation Not fun at 12:30 at night. Staff was not accommodating. Made the whole staff unpleasant
