Pros (+) The staff was amazing! The front desk guy was so awesome! He met us at the train station, helped us print our Machu Picchu tickets, and even after check out let us keep our bags there so we would t have to carry them around while we explored before our train home.
Cons (-) There seemed to be some confusion with my reservation. It was a last minute booking and through hotels.com to book.
