Pros (+) The price we found online & the location along the waterfront.
Cons (-) Room was not very clean, one bed was a good 5” lower than the other bed, one bed had the bottom sheet on the bed sideways so mattress wasn’t even covered. Bags of garbage left outside the room were torn open by seagulls & garbage scattered everywhere (at 6:30 pm the garbage & bags of dirty linens had not been picked up). Would not stay there again.

Cons (-) Furnishings were worn. Paid for balcony but could not sit and see the water view as solid wall was too high! Waste of money. Would be better if on an upper floor.

Pros (+) I really enjoyed the location of my room. This time I had ground floor facing the parking lot. It doesn't sound like a winner, but I really enjoyed it. I was able to park RIGHT outside my door. This made it VERY easy for loading and unloading. No long hallways or stairs to climb this time. It was awesome. Also - Pretty good free breakfast.
Cons (-) The room at first looks was decent. However, when you lay down you notice dust on the bed post and a floor that appears to vacuumed. There was a lot of slight dirtiness to the room. I even found the previous guest glasses and a bottle cap on the floor along with a couple spider webs and spiders. Since this is my only concern, I'd consider it a pretty good stay and I will be returning.
