Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the city, university, and local attractions. The service stood out, with many reviewers highlighting the friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff, including positive experiences at check-in and with shuttle drivers. Cleanliness was another strong point, with guests describing rooms as clean and comfortable. Some neutral or mixed feedback was given about parking (mainly the cost) and breakfast variety, but these did not overshadow the overall positive experience. A few negative comments were made about noise, invoice issues, and amenities, but these were less frequent.

Pros (+) The room was perfect. Plenty of space and the finishes were first class
Cons (-) I could hear people in the hall, as I was in the bathroom. Also, there was a party across the street and it woke me up at 1:30. Better soundproofing in the walls and better windows would have prevented both issues. Regarding the party, I closed the night curtain and cranked the AC. It got cold, but the white noise overrode the party music. Also, the bed was completely warm and comfortable
