I had no hot water for 36 hours in my room. They did offer to change room but it would have been a hassle. The carpet in the hallways was horrible and ripped up and torn on the fourth floor. The pictures look so nice on the net but the floor was in really bad shape. The people behind the desk were great and very helpful. Pros (+) The cleanliness of the hotel and room. The service they provided making you feel right at home. The location was perfect for me and what I wanted to do.
Cons (-) The card key not working then having to go to the ftont desk to get a new one.
