Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to tourist attractions and the city center. Many found the hotel to offer good value for the price, with some noting clean and newly renovated rooms. However, cleanliness was a significant issue for several guests, with complaints about dirty towels, bed linens, and general room hygiene. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff being friendly and helpful, while others were described as unfriendly or unhelpful. Amenities such as water heaters and irons were sometimes non-functional, but the presence of elevators and strong water pressure in the bathrooms was noted positively.
