Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and good breakfast options. Many found the food and buffet variety to be satisfying, and several mentioned the cleanliness of the pool and public areas. However, there were frequent comments about outdated rooms and facilities, occasional issues with room cleanliness, and some dissatisfaction with the size of rooms and bathrooms.
