Pros (+) The staff are very friendly. There is a short corridor linked between the hotel and the mall. Parking is free with very good valet parking services.
Cons (-) Usually it's overbooked. I arrived at 1 pm. I have to wait for one hour to get in. The restrooms in the lobby are very smelly.

Cons (-) I had a bad experience with one of the reservation staff!!! He was so disrespectful to me.
