    - Very good for family shopping since it is 1 min walking from seef mall. Although the breakfast is free still it is not good.

    Very expensive. Has a loud nightclub which might not suite families with teenagers.

    1. Location between the best three malls in Manamah, no worries if you come back walking at late midnight after a movie 2. Welcoming staff but few 3. Free WiFi in the entire hotel

    1. Poor Concierge 2. Nice Suit but next the service elevator which was niosy at night 3. Towels were not ready for two persons in the suit

    The Mercure is located in the heart of Al-Seef District which makes it very easy to shop at the Seef Mall.

    Staff service is inadequate during times when the hotel is fully booked. The staff required one whole hour to bring our suitcases up to the suite.

    I'd like the location. It's too close to Al Alli and Alseef shopping malls.

    The quality and the taste of the food are not so good.

    The suite was exceptionally clean and caters for nearly all events. It is spacious and well equipped. Bed very comfortable. Good breakfast in with the room rate.
