The ladies at the front desk tried their best...but it wasn't enough
I booked this hotel because of the location and because they said there was a pool. Guess what? THERE IS NO POOL. When I brought this up at check in, their reaction was "well we don't have anything to do with that." Other noteworthy failures: smell is pretty bad. They are currently doing construction, so there was hammering next door. I had my laundry "rushed" but it didn't come back for two days. The front desk ladies were kind enough to not charge me double for the "rush." You think? I was horribly disappointed by this place. There are 5-8 other hotels in the area that are better for the money.
