Overview

The Newgrange Condotel is a "boutique" hotel located along Timog Avenue - one of the fast growing entertainment and business centers in Quezon City. The Newgrange Condotel has compact units measuring around 35 square meters for the one-bedroom condos and 45 to 66 square meters for the two-bedroom units. The bedrooms are air conditioned and are separate from the living-cum-dining rooms. The showers have hot-and-cold sprays. Residents who stay for a longer term enjoy the full kitchen where they can cook their own meals. However there are many restaurants that offer inexpensive meals that are walking distance from the Condotel. And the choice of cuisine- Italian Mexican Middle Eastern Japanese as well as local and international fast-food chains - is unlimited! The main landmarks of the Newgrange Condotel are the Sky (Korean-Japanese) Billiards & Tea House and the Philippine National Bank both are located at the ground floor of the building.
