The rooms are really lovely - spacious with a huge bathroom. The owner is very personable. Location was good - not on the water, but handy enough to walk into the town and along the waterfront. Breakfast was sufficient - with excellent coffee!! Our WiFi worked very well.

There is no elevator in this hotel.

The stuff was very friendly, the bathroom had a huge shower and we enjoyed the massive terasse on the rooftop of the hotel.

The manager is very nice indeed, a splendid person. The hotel itself is is very attractive, tremendously clean and well appointed, is very nicely located in a quiet are with everything you need just around the corner. It has the potential to be top of the line.

The door to my room was rickety and did not close properly unless locked by key. I was advised not to throw toiletpaper in the toilet, otherwise the toilet might block. My bed was so hard that I had trouble sleeping during the night - which is interesting because I prefer hard mattresses so this one must have been in some extra special category. The booking.com site said there was free internet but the room contained no info on how to obtain access.

Nice hotel, some character. Close to bus, restaurants, etc.

A bar nearby creates an extraordinary noise from about 10.00 pm until 1 am, every night. In the hotel sleepers are interrupted with drum and bass noise. Therefore, I would not recommend this hotel for people who want a quiet spot and a sleep.

it's boutique feeling and personal service is a real benefit to the hotel

a noisy bar on the corner that continues into the early hours of the morning can be off putting if you are a light sleeper
