Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews indicate several recurring issues at the hotel. Many guests found the service, especially at reception, to be unfriendly or unhelpful. Cleanliness was a common concern, with multiple mentions of outdated or poorly maintained rooms and bathrooms. The pool, while sometimes appreciated, was often criticized for being dirty or poorly maintained. The location is generally seen as neutral, with some guests finding it convenient and others noting its distance from attractions. Bed comfort was also an issue in a few reviews, with complaints about hard or uncomfortable beds. Overall, the negatives outweighed the positives in these reviews.AI-Generated from customer reviews
