Pros (+) It's a nice place. The pool was nice.
Cons (-) The treadmill in the gym didn't work. The breakfast was $13/person (we thought we had booked a hotel with free breakfast (maybe that's kayak's fault?). The toilet seat would not stay up due to the poor design of the restroom counter.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly and rooms were nice! The location was great - close to the airport and lots of food options in the hotel and walking distance around it. Shuttle was very convenient.
Cons (-) The shuttle seemed randomly timed even though we were told it would be there every half hour on the half hour. Had to wait about 45 minutes for it but not that big of a deal.

Pros (+) I liked the design of the hotel, it has a restaurant/bar, comfort and cleanliness of the rooms.
Cons (-) It was a bit confusing at first to me to have someone separate from the front desk dealing with packages and then charge you 1.00 per day per package, but it worked out in the end...just was a bit of a hassle at first.

Pros (+) Lobby bar is nice, as well as the room was good. The sleep quality is excellent. I was in one of the rooms in the 6th (top) floor.
Cons (-) The girl from front desk when I arrived she was a little rude at times, and no cooperative at all, for example I need a knife or scissors to cut something on my luggage and called the front desk and she said, OK, bring your luggage down here I can't send anyone upstairs to help you and hang off the phone.
