Pros:I travel to Miami each quarter for a Bascom Palmer visit. The room is comfortable, usually quiet and clean. The breakfast they serve is convenient and while not as good as Embassy Suites, the location and shuttle to Bascom Palmer serve well.
Pros:Pleasant staff & facilities were extremely clean. Room was newly remodeled and very nice. Free breakfast was definitely a plus and very convenient. Nice quite part of town. Stayed there because we we’re going on a cruise, it’s not far from the cruise terminal. I highly recommend this hotel!!
Cons:Parking was expensive, but good experience made up for the price of secure parking.
Pros:Comfortable bed. Updated room. comfortable living room.
Cons:AC didn't work. Freeway noise was loud pretty much the entire night.
Pros:It is close to the medical center, and had shuttles to not have to traverse driving or traffic. They also were very accommodating and helpful with holding reservation with the uncertain nature of a loved one being in the hospital for who knows how long. The rooms were well appointed and perfect for the area.

Pros:It was a beautiful and clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful!
Cons:They are very close to the Marlins ballpark. It would be nice if they offered a shuttle to the games. The parking fee was a surprise.
Pros:It's hard to see why anyone would not stay at this hotel if they are visiting the health facilities in Miami. There is a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and also a shuttle from the hotel to the health facilities, which are also only a three block walk away, if you choose to do so. There are also a few restaurants in the area, and the hotel has a lobby restaurant also, and a large free breakfast. Very comfortable beds, and the room set up (all suites), is really good.
Cons:The restaurant food could be improved.
Pros:Cozy room. Nice air conditioning.
Cons:Wasn't expecting to pay $15 dollars a night to park
