Pros:I loved the location. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a late night snack in the restaurant and the burger and salad were delicious. It's an upscale neighborhood and I felt very safe walking around. A lot of things to do within walking distance or a 2-3 minute drive. The hotel decor was very Art Deco. Most of the rooms had a kitchenette.
Cons:The room was small and the bathroom needed a little updating. They only offered queen size beds and my husband and I are used to a king. No where in the advertising was the fact that to park in the gated lot (which was very nice) was an additional $15.00. It wasn't a big deal but would have been nice to know beforehand. It would have been tough finding parking on the street on the Saturday night that we stayed. No fan in the bathroom! May not seem like a big deal but after a couple of showers the room was hot and humid.

Pros:My kitchenette was all new with new dishes, oven,gas stove, microwave and mini refrig. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. Nice sheets and the room was warm (I stayed during a blizzard.)
Cons:My sister's room was not as nice. The kitchenette in her room had old cabinets and appliances. Her bath was great with the exception of the toilet which was old and could have used a new seat.
