I was there just in passage for one night, but I must say that the hotel was very well furnished, clean and nice. The wi-fi was working well the place is all green.
Maybe a larger menu for the restaurant.

It was well situated for the cave baths. The hotel itself has obviously been recently refurbished and the rooms are in good condition.
The breakfast room had no clean tables and the staff were standing around talking to each other and made no attempt to clean a table for us until we asked them, and when they did clear a table for us they had a very sour face. Unpleasant and uncalled for as this is part of the service they offer.

The staff and the service was excelent. Location was perfect and it was very easy to find the hotel. They forget to clean the room and as soon as I inform them, they do it. As compensation, the receptionist, offer us coffee and tea. It was very kind from his part.
There is no big mirror in the room. On the bathroom there was no bathrobe, slippers, shampoo etc, which usually you can find in most of the suites.

The rooms are perfect - comfortable. Location - right next door to Miskolc Tapolca cave bath. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant - probably the best in the region. I suggest to all visitors to Northern Hungary.
