Guests consistently praised the hotel’s friendly and helpful staff, as well as the extensive amenities, especially the large public bath and sauna. The location was found to be convenient for accessing the city and entertainment areas. Cleanliness was also noted positively in several reviews. However, some guests found the rooms to be quite small and a bit dated, but overall, the positive aspects such as service and amenities outweighed these drawbacks.
