Got what I paid for: a "plain vanilla" low-budget but decent place to sleep. .Room was clean, plenty of clean linens, A/C, TV, hot water, and fridge worked so no complaints. Morgantown is small, so getting anywhere in town from here is no real problem
Hallways smell smokey, but (nonsmoking) room was OK.

Worth the money
Clean and comfortable. Overall, It was fine.
No hot water in bathroom sink and water temperature in shower fluctuates greatly. Neither of these were a major problem for me.
