Best location great staff
Staff and atmosphere and location
Breakfast too expensive
everything was good; great deal if exchange rate i
breakfast (buffet and a la carte) was excellent staff was pleasant room a nice size
pillows were wimpy room was warm (it was not warm outside), but we put on A/C bag checking at the security entrances was arbitrary - sometimes i'd get checked, other times not at all did not get a room with a good view
Excellent service, incredible staff, fantastic location.
Fantastic luxurious hotel next to Kremlin with great staff.
The king size bed is actually composed of two separate bed. Very uncomfortable. You also get two smaller covers as opposed to one large one.
Elegant hotel with an ideal location
The place is palatial with excellent service and right next to Red Square.
The mattress could have been newer /better
Terrible Soviet style hotel that does not derve 5 stars. heavily overpriced for what you get knowing that Moscow hotels are normally expensive
Location. Very close to historical centrum of Moscow.
Extremly expencive. Poor menu in the restorant. Not very friendly staff.
I like enterier and spirt of hotel.
Airconditing sistem work very poor.
Concierge was very helpful. Bar and restaraunt staff OK, not great.
I had a massage. The massage room was awful - very bright, very cold. No music, no ambience. Very sterile. And not a good massage either - way too physical, not relaxing.
The hotel has its charm for lovers of Bulgakov and of Russian artist Brubbel. Inside, it hasa mixture of modernist and soviet decoration. The location is excellent. It is 2 minutes away from the Red Square. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, you would expect a bit of more luxury for 260 euros a night, breakfast not included. I guess you are paying the name and the superbe location.
Great location, in heart of moscow and red square. clean rooms, and friendly staff. needs refurb but old hotel
Just not up to modern, contempary design and style compared with new 5 star hotels.
Good location. 5 min from the heart of the city - Red Square, Kremlin, Big Theatre.
The bed in the room was not comfortable. Internet connection was only at the lobby.
Everything waas perfect - location, hotel staff, luxury of the rooms.
The hotel has a nice interior for the public areas. The service in the bar was friendly and good.
The shower wasn't good. Breakfast was not worth the money they charge for it, and it showed because not many people took the breakfast. Internet access for the same service is 30% cheaper in many other hotels in Moscow. (750 rbl at Holiday Inn vs 1100rbl)
wide rooms, nice loby
beds are not comfortable
