Beautiful, spacious accommodation
Gorgeous room with lovely view of the harbor. Staff was very welcoming and efficient. The breakfast at their restaurant, The Fish House was excellent.

Hotel could be better
View and location
Check in was at 4pm but did not check us in until 5:30. They said check in wasn't at 4pm, it just "begins" at 4pm. We were late for dinner reservations and were not told this. Balcony was not clean. cup full of cigarettes, 12 pack of empty beer cans. Room was not clean on one of our nights.

While the resort has undergone renovation, the Harborside has yet to be updated. The rooms that used to be plush now have a well worn look that leaves it feeling slightly dingy. It also did not help that our sheets had not been changed before our arrival and were covered with the previous users's hair.
