Upgrading my reservation was a pleasant surprise! The shuttle-service to- and from the airport is a facility that differs 'The Regale by Tunga' from lots of other hotels. The staf is great and very helpful.

Upon arrival i was informed that they had upgraded my room, what a lovely surprise! The staff were very friendly and helpful, english very good. I felt comfortable in this hotel. It's not the largest of hotels but it has everything you need for a short stay. The food was lovely and the asian restaurant very comfortable and a relaxed athmosphere.
Only issue was that they couldnt supply internet access as there was a problem. They did eventually but it was too late due to time difference back home.

The room decor and facilities were good but do not make up for the rest of the experience.
Everything. Staff were bad. There is no Seesha bar. The jacuzzi didnt work. The swimming pool didn't work. The sink didn't work. The 'Rooftop pool and restaurant' was booked for a private function, well 75% of it was. You could eat there still, if you wanted to eat in a night club atmosphere, not relaxing. We went to the 'fine dining' restaurant downstairs instead and got seated at a dirty table. Once they sorted this after 5minutes or so and ordered our food, we found cockroaches scurrying around on the benches. We then complained and agreed a reduced rate for the room. 2 days later they took from our card the amount they had agreed to reduce our stay by. They are a bunch of crooks

The price is good for the value they offer. Restaurant downstairs offers good and a wide choise of Asian food. The complementary pick-up and drof-of at the airport is also a big plus.
Slow service at the reception desk. Getting an internet voucher takes up to half an hour.
