Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. The breakfast was frequently mentioned as a highlight, with several guests enjoying its variety and quality. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with reports of unclean rooms, lack of regular housekeeping, and issues like stained bedding and mold. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff friendly and accommodating, while others experienced inattentiveness or slow responses to problems. Noise levels, especially due to the busy area and malfunctioning air conditioning, affected the comfort of some guests. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and breakfast, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and service consistency.
