Pros:From check-in to check-out, the staff was kind, helpful, and welcoming. They are more fluent in English than I and even helped me learn some German! I will not hesitate to book a room at Hotel Heigl when I return to Munich, and will be recommending it to friends :)

Pros:The staff were always willing to help in any way possible. The atmosphere is great if you're looking for a quiet stay in a good neighborhood.
Cons:I would say the wi-fi signal could be better is all.
