Worst hotel experience I ever had
the restaurant staff were the "only" nice people.
- Rooms are not clean. - Bed sheets are filthy & yellowish. - Floor carpet is filthy and smelly. - The bed itself is broken, dusty, and very old. - Bathroom toilet is filthy and not cleaned. - My child's backpack was lost/stolen from the hotel. - Room's phone wasn't working and the only way to get room service was to go down to reception.

The REGENT location is an easy walk from the Hauptbanhof. The REGENT location is an easy walk to the Augustiner Keller Beir Garten Breakfast had everything (cold cuts, hot eggs, hot bacon, bread, pastries, juices, coffee, etc.).
Nothing.....all is good.
