Pros (+) The staff were so friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) I had read reviews about the noise on the street, so I booked a comfort room, which wasn’t directly over the street, but it wasn’t far enough away from it to block out the loud thumping music that continued from 10:00 pm-5:00 AM. Even though it was a very hot summer night, we had to close the window, wear earplugs, and use a white noise app on our phone just to get to sleep. I don’t understand how...
