The breakfast was adequate and most of the staff were helpful. They gave good public transport advice nad happily stowed our luggage after we'd checked out.
For what we paid, I was disappointed with this hotel. The room was very basic, not terribly clean. The bathroom was fine, but the window had been lodged open so it was freezing. The reception is staffed until 10 pm, and unstaffed from then until 6 am. We asked an evening receptionist for some hot water to make coffee and she refused (point blank refused!!!) to go and get us some. The receptionist in the morning made sure that we had a hot water flask and mugs. There are not complimentary drinks as standard. The hotel adjoins a school, so was quite noisy in the morning.
