Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and transportation. Many reviews highlighted the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the breakfast. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms or bathrooms. Noise was also a common complaint, both from inside the hotel and from the street, affecting sleep quality. Some guests found the rooms uncomfortably hot, especially in summer, and noted the lack of air conditioning. Overall, while the location and staff received positive remarks, improvements in cleanliness and noise insulation are needed.AI-Generated from customer reviews
