Not great
Good sized triple room for European standards. Bathroom was good sized. Nice, hot shower with oversized towels. Nice to have a mini bar in the room. Good breakfast. Elevator was not tiny. Close to metro,
Hotel had our reservation mixed up. Beds were hard and VERY uncomfortable. Location was only ok. Staff was not overly friendly. We went two days without a good Internet connection, which is tough when you are jet lagged and up in the middle of the night. We notified the front desk several times and they did nothing. We also notified the director and he couldn't have cared less about the guests or service either. When the handyman came to fix our broken TV, he reset the Internet and it then it worked great. Too bad they couldn't have taken care of it the first day we said something. There is no front desk staff after 11pm and you have to walk a couple of blocks down to a sister hotel to get a room key. Room was relatively clean, however, we found trash from the previous guest.

the only good thing in Muller Hotel is that it near to City center.. but to pay 135 EUR for kind of this hotel qulity is too much.also the rooms were very small for 2 guests and baby.

The hotel is on a side street, but close to the Sendlinger Tor. Past that is the classic Glockenspiel, open air market, and restaurants. The hotel is quiet and nice. The breakfast is very good, and the staff very nice.
